In order to guarantee the quality of every hair service and a positive guest experience, Parlour North adheres to the following Cancellation policy.

Cancelation policy

Cancellation Policy

  • No call/no show

    • salon is not required to reschedule.

    • If rescheduling, a card will be placed on file that WILL be charged full service price upon reoccurrence of no call/no show. Resulting in termination of client.

  • Cancel within 24 hours

    • No fee for first offense

    • No fee for second offense

    • In order to receive future services, client must prepay ½ of their next service upon scheduling and complete the second ½ of payment upon completion.

  • No penalty for cancelling prior to 24 hours of service

 

Client Tardiness Policy

  • Client will be called at 10 minutes past scheduled appointment starting time. If they are able to arrive withing 5 minutes of call (15 minutes past scheduled appointment starting time) there will be no penalty

    • If client cannot arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled appointment starting time, appointment may be rescheduled at stylist’s discretion.

    • If appointment is rescheduled for tardiness, a note will be entered in clients online information to keep record for future action.

  • If client is recorded tardy twice, they must prepay ½ of their next service upon scheduling and complete the second ½ of payment upon completion.

  • Multiple occurrences of tardiness will lead to termination of client at the stylist’s discretion with approval from salon owner.
